People perform at their best when they are clear on where they are going, supported in how they get there, and given the space to grow.

That conviction has shaped everything I have done; from managing retail and training teams in France or Spain to leading global capability strategies in Travel Retail and globally.

My Story

I started my career on the ground; managing fragrance teams at Sephora, running retail accounts across central France, coaching beauty consultants in travel retail across Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar. I learned early that the gap between a good team and a great one is rarely about knowledge. It is almost always about confidence, clarity and the quality of support around them.

That insight became my career. Over 25 years I have worked across every level of people development; from delivering product training in the field to designing global learning ecosystems that reach thousands of advisors across multiple markets.

Most recently, I led capability development for 2,200+ retail team members worldwide; building a Global Retail Academy from scratch, scaling digital learning and redesigning global training architecture that reduced complexity by 45% while improving consistency across markets.

Today I work freelance; as a consultant, trainer and coach, bringing that same combination of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery to organisations and individuals who want to develop people seriously.

My style: how I show up

I have a warm, direct style. I ask good questions and I listen carefully. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all approaches; whether I am designing a capability program for a global retail brand or coaching an individual through a career transition, I start by understanding the specific context, the real challenge, and what success actually looks like.

My reason for doing this work is simple: I genuinely enjoy seeing people grow. That has not changed in 25 years.
